Return & Refund Policy

General Policy
At God Plans Dominican Store, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Returns and refund requests are accepted under the following circumstances:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or does not match the order you placed.
- The package was sent to an incorrect address due to an error on our part.
In either case, we will resend the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
Requirements for a Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the process.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at services@godplansstores.com to request authorization.
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Ship the item to: C/ Penetracion 15 #31, Engombe, Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic.
Note: Items returned without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
Address Errors by the Customer
If you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+1 910-906-0171) or email at services@godplansstores.com before the order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, any costs associated with redirecting or resending the package will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivered Packages
If a package is confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, no refund or return claims will be accepted based solely on non-receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is accurate and complete prior to completing their purchase.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, contact us immediately at services@godplansstores.com. We will evaluate the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating any dispute or chargeback with their financial institution or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication. By completing a purchase on our store, the customer agrees to first attempt resolution by contacting us at services@godplansstores.com or via WhatsApp at +1 910-906-0171.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the funds, please contact us at services@godplansstores.com.
